Create an account on our appointment platform Healthie.
Step 2
Within Healthie, complete the intake forms at least four hours before the appointment to be able to attend.
Step 3
Optionally, the intake forms include the option to opt-in to ongoing treatment beyond the initial consultation.
Step 4
Receive clinical evaluation and agree on next steps with your provider.
