Based on your history of demonstrating certain behavior in daily tasks and your emotions within the last 14 days, it seems like there's a high possibility that you may have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
This can easily be tackled with the right support system, and we would love to help you out.
The tendency to sometimes lack organization in day-to-day tasks, can lead to serious problems in your life if left unchecked which is why we recommend meeting one of our professionals for an initial consultation where you will receive a full diagnosis, with a recommended way forward to reach your life goals!

The initial assessment is based on the standard symptoms, behavior and problems that people with ADHD suffer with. Should you not have any issues that we look out for, it is unlikely that you need to be diagnosed.
For most patients, the diagnosis is given to you by your mental health clinician at the end of your appointment. However, it may take more than one appointment if the diagnosis is inconclusive.
Should you be diagnosed with ADHD, the practitioner that provided your diagnosis will design a treatment plan based on your life goals and symptoms.
