While many individuals can recognize potential ADHD symptoms in their own behavior, a formal clinical evaluation is required to determine whether assessment criteria are met and to explore treatment options.
The process can begin with an online assessment at ADHDAdvisor.org. From there, a consultation may be scheduled with a licensed provider who will review symptoms and determine whether ADHD is identified as part of the evaluation.
Transparent rates are offered, accept HSA/FSA, and support some insurance plans and Texas Medicaid. Insurance coverage will depend on individual provider, ADHDAdvisor will provide a superbill post-purchase that can be submitted to insurance providers.
For most patients, an assessment is provided by the mental health clinician at the end of the initial assessment. However, if the clinician needs more time to gather information or if the results are inconclusive, additional sessions may be required to ensure an accurate assessment. Also, assessments is not guaranteed, and your provider will only assess you with ADHD is clinically appropriate.
Should you be assessed with ADHD, the provider who conducted your assessment will create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your symptoms and life goals. The treatment options may include Medication Management and Therapy to support you every step of the way.
Stimulant medications are commonly used in the treatment of ADHD and must be prescribed and monitored by a licensed medical provider. Clinicians evaluate each individual carefully before determining whether medication is appropriate. Because ADHD symptoms can overlap with other medical or mental health conditions, a comprehensive evaluation is required prior to prescribing any medication. Treatment decisions are based on clinical judgment, medical history, and individual needs.The ability to prescribe stimulant medications virtually depends on state regulations. If permitted in your state and clinically appropriate, Providers may prescribe stimulant medications as part of your treatment plan.
While specializing in attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), clinciians also have experience with a wide range of mental health conditions and needs. If seeking care for something other than ADHD, schedule an assessment to be matched with the right support. Services are available to individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD or executive function challenges. *Please note some assessments will not be supported by the platform.

This depends on your needs, but the standard Medication Management and Therapy subscription plans are $130 per month. If you and your clinican decide you'd benefit from additional sessions, those can be purchased and scheduled as well.
After your initial assessment, you will receive a personalized plan where you will decide the frequency of assessments that is appropriate for your needs.
